If the reason for returning the product is an error on our part, the wrong product is not shipped or the specifications are different from the product, the customer will not be charged any expenses, but in any case otherwise, the customer will bear the shipping expenses and the bank commission.

Yes, the product can be returned, provided that it is in the same condition and in its own carton.

The purchase process is simply done with the following steps:
